Swimming is the perfect sport that works on all the muscles in your body. It’s also a great way to de-stress the body and mind and keep healthy.

There are many ways in which you can exercise in the water from water aerobics, aqua Zumba to swimming lanes. The health benefits are muscle gain along with reduced body fat, builds endurance, helps maintain a healthy heart and lungs and keeps the heart rate up, but most importantly it is such a fun work out, why not get your friends involved?

There are a lot of swimming baths in the UK that host swim aerobic classes, just make sure that you check the intensity level before each class and pick one that is suited to your ability:

London plays host to SWIMSANITY, classes with pumping music to really get you into the mood.
