The Prestigious September Issue Covers
It’s the time of the year when the most important fashion magazines hit the news stands – The September Issues. For those who have seen the Vogue magazine documentary, you will be aware of the amount of work that goes into creating this special fashion issue, ensuring all of the Autumn Winter trends are covered, and more importantly that the right celebrity is on the cover to attract you on the news stands. We take a look at some of favourite September covers this year:
Emma Watson won the prestigious Vogue September cover spot looking gorgeous in a new season paisley look from Stella McCartney. It’s great to see a former child star blossom so beautifully in the spotlight to a bold, strong and inspirational woman. A simply flawless cover.
Rita Ora graced the cover of Glamour this year. Hot on the heels of a successful comeback single and judging spot on this year’s X-Factor panel, Rita exudes sexuality and confidence as she drapes an Ungaro dress over her body with beautifully straight tresses – probably the most sexy September issue this year.
Breakout star of the year Ella Eyre hits the Cosmopolitan cover. Her voluminous curls play a huge highlight as the natural beauty sports a classic red lip. Ella wears a Ted Baker two-piece that hugs her body and showcases her gorgeous curves in all the right places – gorgeous!
One of our favourite actresses Natalie Portman is the cover star for September’s Marie Claire wearing a beautiful lace Valentino look. Natalie Portman is captured beautifully in the natural light. We love that her heavy eyeliner gives a subtle nod to one of her best selling films, Black Swan.
Credit where credit’s due, LOVE magazine didn’t just pull one cover out the bag, they pulled several – featuring Cher, Kate Moss, Poppy Delevigne and even Star Wars’ C-3P0. With so many different and amazing covers, it’s hard to decide on our favourite but we’ll have to go with Cher – too iconic in too many ways.
